Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
