Garden Crafty Barrel specialises in handmade garden furniture and products made from reclaimed whisky barrels. Many of our items are handmade to order. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Because our products are handmade and often made to order:

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Examples include (but are not limited to): custom planters, garden furniture, bespoke sizes, finishes, or modifications requested by the customer.


3. Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For non-custom items purchased online:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage.

Please provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.


This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval or return inspection.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
